Whole Lamb Share - PRE-ORDER

Our next lambs are expected to be ready mid-December 2026.

Our sheep are an integral part of our vineyard ecosystem and our everyday lives. They graze our vineyards, form the backbone of our compost program, and play an essential role in building healthy, living soils.

We raise our flock with our own hands, tending to them daily with care, compassion, and respect. We know each animal individually, and their presence is woven into the rhythm of our farm. We process only a handful of lambs each year. We are humbled and honored to share this nourishing food from the land we steward.

Reserving Your Whole Lamb

This purchase reserves one whole lamb share, yielding approximately 40-42 pounds of packaged meat. Each share includes a variety of cuts, including bone-in shoulders, boneless legs, racks of lamb, bone in loin chops, bone in sirloin chips, riblets, plain ground lamb, and ground lamb sausage. If you would like organ meat or bones for your dogs or stock, those can be added at no additional cost

Whole lamb shares are available for local pickup or shipping which allows us to share this small part of our land stewardship with those farther away. If we are shipping your lamb share, shipping charges are separate and we will be in communication with the final shipping invoice before lamb is on its way to you.
