This website is operated by Âmevive. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Âmevive. Âmevive offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Our wine club is hosted by Bloom to ensure you the absolute best and secure customer experience.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least legal drinking age in your state or province of residence. And please drink responsibly!!

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. We love nice people! And you seem nice, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.


SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We gladly welcome any feedback! We aim to create delicious wines and make them available on a platform that is easy to use. We're definitely better winemakers and farmers than IT personnel, so if something is not functioning on the site, please reach out to alice@amevivewine.com

We're only human, and usually we're editing the website really, really early in the morning pre-coffee so we need a little grace. In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content without prior permission from âmevive. This includes any words, photos, or content form the site. Just ask :) That way we can give credit to our photographers!
